Ruger No. 1 single shot rifle, .243 Winchester caliber, serial #132-91920. The rifle is in very good to nearly fine condition with a 24” barrel. The barrel retains nearly all of its blued finish withonly light handling marks noted. The receiver features the older, desirable tang mounted safety and retains the majority of its blued finish. The checkered wood stocks are in very good condition with small marsand compressions consistent with use. The butt stock ends with a red, rubber Ruger marked recoil pad. The bore is very good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The rifle is topped with set of Ruger rings. Aclean looking No. 1 with the older safety configuration. Est.: $500-$800. (Modern).
